Raqball USA Inc. is seeking a Remote Outreach Intern / Coordinator to help introduce a new non-contact, mixed-gender sport to colleges, universities, and community organizations across the U.S.
Raqball USA is the officially accredited U.S. governing body recognized by the International Raqball Federation (IRBF). Our mission focuses on gender equity, inclusion, and access to sport, with programs targeting universities and youth-focused organizations.
This role’s primary responsibility is initial outreach:
Calling colleges and community organizations
Identifying the correct department (Campus Recreation, Sport Clubs, Student Life)
Introducing Raqball using a provided script
Setting appointments or demo discussions
Logging call outcomes and contacts
This role can be performed fully remote (work from home).
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound phone calls to colleges, universities, and organizations
Use provided call scripts and contact lists
Identify decision-makers and correct departments
Schedule calls, meetings, or demo discussions
Follow up via email when needed
Maintain simple outreach notes (Google Sheet or similar)
Ideal Candidate:
Comfortable speaking on the phone
Clear English communication
Organized and reliable
Able to follow a script but sound natural
Students, recent graduates, or career starters welcome
Sales, customer service, or call-center experience is a plus (not required)
About Raqball: Raqball is a non-contact, mixed-gender team sport originally developed in Europe and now expanding internationally. It is designed so women and men play together with equal roles and equal scoring, without built-in physical advantages. The sport emphasizes strategy, agility, teamwork, and inclusion, making it well-suited for universities, community programs, and youth organizations.
