These are full-time, in-office roles supporting field and project operations — ideal for someone who loves working with data, details, and Excel.
What You’ll Be Doing
Process and review weekly payroll
Reconcile timesheets and sign-in reports
Handle PTO, per diem, and pay adjustments
Support job cost tracking and crew changes
(Leads) Supervise payroll team members and finalize weekly payroll
What We’re Looking For
Strong Excel skills — must know VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
Payroll or admin experience (construction or staffing background a plus)
Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working with deadlines
Team player with good communication skills
