Project Coordinator

Zero Fire is growing, and we’re looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to help keep our installation projects running smoothly. You’ll support projects from start to finish, working closely with Project Managers and Site Supervisors across the full project lifecycle - from winning a job through to system certification. Multitasking is key, as you’ll often be supporting multiple projects and stakeholders at once.In this varied role, no two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for setting up contract jobs, health and safety administration, arranging pre-let meetings, raising purchase orders, coordinating inspections, compiling O&M manuals, and completing contract documentation such as warranties and guarantees, while maintaining company registers and records.
