Night or day LIVE-IN Care-Giver full or part-time

We need a live-in caregiver for my disabled relative in her late 70s to oversee her environment, her home health aides and monitor their attendance. My relative is significantly cognitively and physically disabled. She has one-sided weakness/ hemiparesis. She is also blind. Hands-on help may be needed with bathing, personal hygiene, and feeding, when her other staff do not come in, and we pay $25/hour. Please be willing to provide personal care, including with hygiene, daily cooking and light housekeeping, if you are scheduled. We are looking for an experienced, kind, patient, dependable, clean, and responsible non-smoker for the long term. We need someone who would have flexibility with scheduling. Hours are flexible/ negotiable. Usually, each shift covers 12 hours to 24 hours per each night-time or day-time shift and more when other caregivers call out. Specific schedule to be determined.
