Associate Product Manager, Lending Operations (6 month contract)

Support the Product Manager in managing day-to-day operations of assigned white label lending products.Act as a key point of contact for internal teams, brokers, and external funder partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely issue resolution.Assist in analysing product performance data, identifying trends, and providing insights to improve customer outcomes and portfolio profitability.Help design and implement process improvements to reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and drive operational efficiency.Support the delivery of pricing and product campaigns in partnership with funders, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with risk frameworks.Contribute to the onboarding and rollout of new lending products, features, or enhancements, ensuring readiness across all teams.Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), highlighting opportunities for improvement or areas of concern.Participate in reviews of operational workflows, identifying areas to automate, simplify, or enhance customer and broker experiences.Support financial management activities, including monitoring budgets and assisting with reconciliation and reporting.Escalate risks and issues appropriately, ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory standards.
