We’re looking for an outgoing, energetic, and persuasive Front Desk Receptionist/Scheduler to join our growing dental team. In this role, you are the first voice and face of Complete Dental Works. Success in this position means confidently handling a high volume of phone calls, building rapport with prospective and current patients, and maintaining a well-organized and productive schedule.
This role is essential to our mission of providing high-quality care and helping patients overcome barriers to getting the dental treatment they need. You will play a key role in keeping our days efficient, our team coordinated, and our patients informed and supported from the very first interaction.
Responsibilities
Answer a high volume of inbound phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional, friendly, and persuasive manner
Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments using dental practice management software
Greet and check in patients with warmth and efficiency
Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient records
Explain basic treatment offerings, office policies, and insurance guidelines in clear and understandable terms
Manage scheduling changes and provider time to ensure smooth clinical flow
Communicate with clinical, billing, and new patient teams to support daily operations
Participate in ongoing training and team collaboration
Qualifications
Prior experience in a dental, medical, or call center environment preferred
Proven ability to manage a high call volume while staying organized and positive
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
Proficient in multitasking and using scheduling software
Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
