Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our growing clothing business with a focus on e-commerce. The role includes maintaining product listings on Amazon and Shopify, uploading images and descriptions, updating pricing, and ensuring accuracy across platforms. You’ll also help with daily office tasks such as answering phones, customer service, processing samples and shipments, assisting with wholesale orders (training provided), and communicating with overseas vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update product listings on Amazon, Shopify, and other E-commerce platforms as needed.
Upload product details, pricing, and images; optimize listings for visibility.
Assist with promotions, seasonal updates, and inventory tracking.
Help process orders (training provided).
Process and organize samples, returns as needed
Communicate with overseas suppliers
Help keep office and showroom running smoothly, may include maintaining supply inventory as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills for vendor and team coordination.
Customer service experience and good phone skills preferred.
Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets required. Intermediate or Advanced preferred.
Bonus Skills:
Knowledge of social media posting.
Basic graphic editing for images.
Experience with other marketplaces (eBay, Walmart, etc.).
Ability to problem solve independently
