In order to be eligible for this role, you will have to have a valid drivers’ license, a clean driving record and the capacity to carry and lift +50lbs regularly throughout the day. Prior experience is preferred but training will be provided!

PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION
To create happy clients through executing the final step of the sales process through installations marked by professionalism, technical proficiency and an eye to finishing details.
GOALS AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
● Install full range of products sold by company.
● Install and troubleshoot technically demanding products.
● Work with tech support to resolve issues in-the-field while staying calm and instilling confidence in the homeowner.
● Work with the sales team to ensure all installations meet and exceed client expectations.
● Maintain a clean, organized and neat working environment at the jobsite and within vehicle.
● Support the warehouse team in preparing installation materials and loading vehicle, as requested.
● Communicate with clients on-site with professionalism and courtesy.
● Other duties as assigned and requested.
QUALIFICATIONS
● Must be able to comfortably and consistently lift 50 lbs.
● Handy.
● Solution-oriented with ability to solve problems in the moment.
● Excellent verbal and written communication.
● Neat and organized.
● Current drivers’ license with clean driving record.
● Vehicle with capacity to transport products to and from warehouse and jobsite.
● Preference for experience working with the products we sell or similar product lines.
