Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Concrete Finishers with experience in forming, pouring, and finishing concrete pads. This role involves working outside for an industrial solar project to ensure high-quality concrete surfaces that meet structural standards.
Job Requirements:
Prepare work sites by setting forms and ensuring proper grading and compaction
Mix, pour, and spread concrete for pads, ensuring correct consistency and placement
Use hand and power tools to smooth, level, and finish surfaces to required specifications
Apply curing compounds and sealants as needed
Monitor weather conditions and adjust techniques accordingly
Repair and patch existing concrete pads when necessary
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Follow safety protocols and site regulations at all times
Skills & Qualifications:
Must have recent 3-4 years in concrete work
Proven experience as a concrete finisher, especially with pads
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Familiarity with concrete finishing tools and techniques
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Reliable transportation to job sites

The pay for this position is $32.00/hr.
