Enchanted Roofing & Mechanical is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team.

Mon-Fri 8:00AM-12:00PM

As an Office Clerk at Enchanted Roofing & Mechanical, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. From managing administrative tasks to providing exceptional customer service, you will be an integral part of our team's success.

An office clerk performs administrative tasks to support daily business

operations. Their duties may include:

Typing

Typing documents, including data into company databases. . Create

documents, maintaining databases and sending memos and emails.

Filing/Scanning

Maintaining an organized filing system, including electronic and paper records

scanning documents for uploading into Quickbooks system. Collecting, filing

and organizing office documents, such as reports and confidential records

Answering phones

Answering phones at a reception desk or in a specific department, and

transferring calls as needed

Mail

Sorting and distributing incoming mail, and collecting and sending outgoing

mail

Bookkeeping

Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including simple

bookkeeping and banking tasks Inventory/Ordering Supplies

Keeping an inventory of office supplies, and ordering new materials as needed

Equipment

Operating office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail

systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment

Meetings

Taking minutes of meetings, and making logistical arrangements for meetings

or conferences

Other tasks

Welcoming visitors to your office, greeting customers, providing information,

and running errands and making deliveries around the office or to external

parties

Email Organization

Managing digital document filing, including encrypted documents and email

correspondence

Marketing Assistance

Assist Marketing Manager with preparation of marketing materials, giveaways, or

organizing booth set up as well as, maintain inventory of marketing materials and

advertising products. Prepare mailouts or lead generation collection.
