This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing administrative support at a Health Care Center that serves the needs of approximately 1,300 patients per month. Responsibilities
- Data Entry for Accounts Reconciliation of EOPS and Expense Receipts
-Data Entry on Excel Spreadsheets for Client Care
-Maintaining Office Supplies and Office Space
-Assistant to Office Manager and CEO
-Light Cleaning
-Sending Our Coordination of Care Letters
Experience and Skills Needed
- Skilled and Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,)
- Hard Worker with Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
-Reliable, Dependable and On Time
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or data entry clerk is a plus
Job Type: Part-time 20 hours per week
