Property Manager – Multi-Family Property (Hobbs, NM)
Location: Hobbs, New Mexico
Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary Range: $2,500 – $3,000 per month (based on experience)
About the Role
We are seeking a Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a multi-family property in Hobbs, NM. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills and prior experience in property or business management. Experience in property management is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all day-to-day property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
Handle rent collections, lease renewals, and tenant communications
Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure timely repairs and upkeep
Conduct regular property inspections to maintain quality standards
Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reports for the property
Advertise vacancies and assist in tenant screening and leasing
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations
Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive tenant relationships
Qualifications
Required: Previous experience in management or administrative roles
Preferred: Experience in property management or real estate operations
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Familiarity with property management software is a plus
