As a Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your attention to detail, professionalism, and passion for delivering outstanding customer service contributes to the overall success of our establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage servers, hosts, and support staff to deliver exceptional customer service
2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory ordering, scheduling, and staff coaching
3. Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of continuous improvement
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and labor regulations
5. Act as point of contact for customers, addressing any concerns or complaints in a compassionate, professional and timely manner
6. Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service are consistently maintained
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar fine dining restaurant management role
2. Proven track record of leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer service
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, staff, management and owners
4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to think strategically
5. Thorough understanding of the fine dining industry, including trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
6. Flexibility in working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business demands.
