We're seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team, responsible for preparing and cooking delicious dishes to perfection, ensuring every plate meets our high standards for taste and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and stock your station with all necessary ingredients and supplies.
- Prepare ingredients (chopping, mixing, portioning) according to recipes.
- Cook and plate dishes accurately and efficiently, following established recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Operate kitchen equipment like grills, fryers, ovens, and stoves.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of your workstation and equipment throughout service.
- Assist with inventory checks, food storage, and restocking.
- Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team members
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience as a Line Cook, preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices (ServSafe certification a plus).
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Passion for food and creating memorable dining experiences.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Possession of or ability to maintain a NM Food Handler Card.
