Seeking Handyman with a variety of skills who can offer consistent on call service as issues arise for a family compound 25 min outside of Santa Fe.
Tasks can range from land maintenance to plumbing, appliance fixes, basic electrical issues etc.
This property has a unique feature of being partially off grid, with solar well pump, solar radiant floor heat etc.
Ideal candidate would have knowledge in or interest in learning solar/solar well systems, be creative and able to problem solve, strong of body, personable and able to talk to owner and tenants about issues and plans for repair, have a wide range of construction/maintenance knowledge, detail/aesthetically oriented and want to get to know the property as to be our main person to call when issues arise for years to come.
Pay is negotiable based on experience and the job needing to be done.
There is also an option for housing trade if you wish to live on site.
