A highly organized and detail-oriented individual is needed to assume responsibility for scheduling and logistics of a wide variety of marketing, communications, and sales functions and materials for a fast-growing major Santa Fe fine arts gallery. Position also includes responsibility for maintaining and updating website. The successful candidate must have highly proficient technical skills using the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including Photoshop and InDesign, as well as, Microsoft Word, Excel, Constant Contact and social media platforms. Coordinator liaises with outside graphic designer on printed materials including catalogs, brochures, banners, ads, and so must have a strong graphic design sense. Position includes making digital catalogs for exhibitions and private curated client presentations, creating sales and marketing emails, exhibition announcements, mailing list management, management of social media channels and content – Instagram, Facebook, YouTube; generating press releases.
This position works on-site in Santa Fe Monday thru Friday (10:00am to 6:00pm); therefore, there is no remote work.
