Minimum 5+ years' experience in residential field construction, supervision, and project management. Working knowledge of all areas of residential construction, practices, and terminology. Ability to read and understand blueprints, architectural drawings, construction documents, regulations, concepts, practices, trade base, and procedures.
Overseeing all job site activities, including scheduling and work of sub-contractors, deliveries, and direct supervision of company employees in the field to assure code and other regulatory compliance, quality assurance, accuracy, and timeliness. Enforcing safety procedures; adherence is critical.
Computer proficiency is required to handle job costing, payroll, and communication with vendors and trades. Required Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Project/homebuilding software Buildertrend, and web/email communications. Blue Beam is a plus.
