Santa Fe Awning has an immediate position available for a sewing machine operator with experience. An Individual takes pride in their work, has strong math skills, experience using their hands to build, create and quick learning ability. Santa Fe Awning is a family-owned Business since 1994 providing custom high-quality products. We are seeking an individual who understands the importance of attention to detail. We are seeking an individual who has the ability to operate a sewing machine, (Santa Fe Awning is also willing to train an eager, dedicated and motivated individual with no experience) able to roll and maneuver 20 foot pieces of fabric, able to lift up to 40 lbs., must be able to sit/stand for long periods of time, must have the ability to prioritize tasks, be self-motivated, able to assist with other duties, keep work area clean and organized. Must have reliable transportation and ability to arrive on time. Come be a part of an exciting team and excellent work environment. Two (2) days per week to start, full time position open as Spring arrives.
