Property manager needed for 5 buildings in the Village of Catskill. Responsibilities include:
-Maintaining relationships with both commercial and residential tenants
-Handling maintenance requests and coordinating with maintenance/service providers and other vendors
-Showing apartments to prospective tenants and managing leasing issues such as renewals
-Ensuring overall property conditions are maintained and proactively handling issues
Expected time commitment of a few hours per week, on average (12 hrs/month). $600/month plus occasional bonuses.
Looking for a trustworthy, hands-on individual local to Catskill, who enjoys dealing with people, and is very organized and on top of things. Prior experience in property management or real estate a plus. Potential for this to increase in scope to include project management and potentially accounting oversight as well.
