We’re seeking a dependable, detail-oriented professional to manage the daily operations of a newly renovated family home in Locust Valley, NY (ZIP 11560).
This is a long-term, full-time position (Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM) for someone who takes pride in keeping a home running smoothly, cleanly, and efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
General and deep cleaning of all rooms (6BR / 6BA, 3500+ sq ft)
Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and organizing
Kitchen and bathroom cleaning, including appliances and cabinets
Laundry, ironing, and changing bed linens
Managing household organization systems
Light meal prep and grocery errands
Coordinating vendors, deliveries, and household repairs
Occasional pet care and waste cleanup
Ideal Candidate:
Has previous experience in private homes or estate households
Is proactive, trustworthy, and highly organized
Communicates easily by text or WhatsApp
Enjoys both hands-on work and household coordination
Tech-comfortable and dependable with time management
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (approx. 45 hrs/week)
Start Date: Flexible, ideally early November 2025
Compensation:
$25 – $35/hr, based on experience
