Join our Court Reporting Team: We’re a court reporting firm seeking a full-time, laser-focused proofreader production assistant to ensure our transcripts are flawless and professional. In this rewarding role, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality transcripts to our clients. Candidate will be responsible for proofreading and reviewing transcripts for grammar, spelling, punctuation and typographical errors. Candidate will edit transcripts to use correct grammar and style. Candidate will also assist in other office duties. as necessary. Strong typing and computer skills are a must.
Qualifications:
- Strong command of English grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and PDF editing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
- Previous experience in the court reporting industry is a plus.
