About Us:
The Biscotti Company is a fast-growing, small-batch bakery known for handcrafted Italian biscotti made from a 200-year-old Sicilian family recipe. We supply over 150 stores, ship nationwide, and appear regularly on QVC. We’re expanding our team and looking for someone reliable, motivated, and excited to learn.
Position: Entry-Level Baker
You’ll work alongside our production team and learn every step of the biscotti-making process.
No professional baking experience required just a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
Prepping and weighing ingredients
Mixing and making dough
Shaping, cutting, and preparing biscotti for baking
Packing finished biscotti
Light cleaning and maintaining a tidy workspace
Following food safety and production procedures
Requirements:
Must be able to stand for long periods
Able to lift 25–50 lbs
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
No baking experience required, but interest in learning is a must
Must have reliable transportation
Schedule:
Wednesday to Sunday
8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Pay:
$20/hr to start with potential for raises as you learn and grow.
