Position Summary:

WeProcess is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations and assist with merchant account management. This role is essential to ensuring smooth communication across departments and with clients. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and clerical support to management and internal teams.

Assist with merchant onboarding, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete.

Maintain and organize electronic and physical records, including contracts, applications, and account updates.

Communicate with merchants to gather information, verify details, and resolve account-related inquiries.

Prepare correspondence, reports, and spreadsheets as needed.

Track and monitor applications, chargebacks, and daily batch reports.

Coordinate with underwriting and customer service teams to ensure timely account approvals and updates.

Handle incoming calls and emails professionally.

Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1–3 years of administrative or office experience (financial services or credit card processing preferred).

Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Professional, customer-service-oriented demeanor.

High level of discretion with confidential information.
