Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, including filing documents, managing billing activities, answering and making phone calls, and providing professional support in both English and Spanish. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately file, organize, and maintain paper and electronic documents.
Assist with billing activities, including preparing invoices and updating billing records.
Answer incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
Make outgoing phone calls as needed for scheduling, follow-ups, and general communication.
Provide bilingual support (English/Spanish) to clients, customers, and team members.
Perform general administrative duties as assigned to support daily office operations.
Have basic knowledge of how to use Quickbooks.
