Part-Time Office Work - Smithtown, NY

We are currently seeking a part-time Office Administrator to join our team. Our company is looking for someone who is reliable, organized and trustworthy, to assist with various office duties on a day to day basis.
Responsibilities include:
Managing office documents and schedules
Following up with clients and scheduling of jobs.
Working with property rentals.
Showing properties to prospective tenants from time to time.
Contacting our insurance brokers and ensure all documents are up to date.
Data entry and basic accounting support
Assisting with billing and invoicing
Using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for daily tasks
Requirements:
Must speak, write, and understand English fluently
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
QuickBooks experience is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Willing to learn and grow with the company
Position Details:
Part-time position, 4 hours per day / 5 days week
Pay: 17.00 to 18.00 per hour
