POSITION: Teacher Assistant

SCHEDULE: Fully On-Site – 5 Days a Week
HOURS: 8:00AM – 2:15PM
START DATE: October 27th, 2025
PAY RATE: $25/hour (Temp-to-Perm Opportunity)
Overview:
We’re hiring Teacher Assistants to provide instructional support, assist with classroom management, and help create a positive, inclusive learning environment. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven school community while gaining hands-on classroom experience.
Qualifications:
Must be Teacher Assistant certified
Must be comfortable working with students with special needs or disabilities
Prior classroom or youth experience preferred
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for helping students succeed
Salary: Equivalent to $22,956–$29,588 for a 10-month period (based on education and experience).
Additional compensation opportunities are available through a 6-week summer school program contract.
