We’re looking for a skilled Bartender & Server who can confidently operate in both front-of-house roles — someone who is as comfortable crafting cocktails as they are delivering memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities

Bartending

Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and accuracy

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar

Engage guests at the bar with warm, genuine hospitality

Follow all recipes and ensure drink quality meets restaurant standards

Manage bar prep including batching, juicing, garnish prep, and restocking

Monitor alcohol consumption and comply with all safety and service regulations

Serving

Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu with knowledgeable recommendations

Deliver food and beverages promptly and efficiently

Manage tables, pacing, and guest needs with attention to detail

Communicate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams

Handle payments, checkouts, and guest inquiries professionally

Maintain a clean and organized section at all times

General Expectations

Provide friendly, attentive, and elevated service that enhances the guest experience

Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic

Thrive in a team-oriented environment while also working independently

Stay calm and focused under pressure

Follow all health, safety, and cleanliness standards

Arrive on time, prepared, and in proper uniform

Qualifications

1–2+ years of bartending and/or serving experience (bartending experience required; dual-role experience preferred)

Strong cocktail knowledge and a desire to continue learning

Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

Excellent communication and guest service skills

NYC food handler certification is a plus

Must be 21+
