We are currently hiring for two key front-of-house positions:
BARTENDER POSITION
This is a golden opportunity for the right candidate!
Our bar features 26 seats with a full food and cocktail menu. As our bartender, you and one other bartender will run the entire bar independently — no barback. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in both their service and their space.
What We’re Looking For:
Friendly, welcoming personality.
A strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Ability to keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift.
Teamwork, hustle, and hospitality.
Ability to memorize and execute a large menu.
Comfortable working solo behind the bar.
Willingness to work a handful of holidays (we are open year-round).
Shifts can be up to 9 hours.
HOST POSITION
We are seeking a personable, organized, and composed host to join our team. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Our hosts are the face of Friedmans and play a critical role in the guest experience. The role goes beyond greeting guests — our hosts also handle delivery orders and must be able to multitask efficiently between two entrances.

Friendly, guest-first attitude.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
Multitasking between guest check-ins, walk-ins, and delivery platforms.
Open to working day and night shifts.
Willingness to work a handful of holidays (we are open year-round).
