Caffè Buon Gusto (Brooklyn Heights) is hiring an experienced Line Cook for a busy Italian restaurant.
What you’ll do
Work sauté, grill, and pasta stations with consistency and speed
Execute classic Italian/Mediterranean dishes to spec and plating standards
Prep, label, and rotate product (FIFO), maintain a clean, organized station
Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
What we’re looking for
Recent experience in Italian/Mediterranean kitchens
Strong knife skills, good communication, and reliability
Availability at least 5 days per week (including weekends/PM shifts)
Team player with a sense of urgency
Schedule
Full-time, 5+ days/week; evenings/weekends required
SERVER — Italian Restaurant — Brooklyn Heights
Caffè Buon Gusto (Brooklyn Heights) is looking for an experienced Server for a neighborhood Italian restaurant.
What you’ll do
Provide friendly, efficient service with strong menu knowledge
Manage sections, take orders, run food/drinks, handle payments accurately
Maintain clean tables and service areas; support the team during rushes
What we’re looking for
Experience as a server in full-service dining (Italian/Mediterranean a plus)
Professional, reliable, and guest-focused
Availability at least 5 days per week (weekends/PMs required)
Familiarity with POS and NYC dining standards
Schedule & pay
Full-time, 5+ days/week; evenings/weekends required
Compensation: Salary base + tips
