NOW HIRING FOR:
RESIDENTIAL SPECIALISTS - $16.50HR - $18HR - Provides assistance and support to families with children residing in DHS facilities. In addition, successful candidates must have strong time management skills, be flexible and creative, and must be willing to support clients in a wide range of tasks and activities. The Residential Specialist must demonstrate sensitivity to issues related to homelessness. High School diploma is required.
SHIFT SUPERVISOR - $18.25HR - $19HR -Provide leadership and supervision for staff during their assigned shift. Generates work schedules and assignments for operations staff, security and maintenance personnel. Provides training for new staff, ensures that operations policies and procedures are enforced at all times. High School diploma is required.
CHILD CARE WORKER - $20HR -Assist the Child Care Supervisor in maintaining the Child Care room by ensuring supervision of children at all times. Assist in the preparation of the child care curriculum. Work with the children through play and educational activities to promote learning. Assist with field trips and special activities and events. Promotes nutritional diet and exercise programs. Provide feedback to the Case Manager on the needs of the children. High School diploma is required. Two (2) years’ experience working with children is required.
CASE MANAGER -$23HR -$25HR - Responsible for direct service provision to residents. Direct services include individual counseling, group counseling, advocacy services, referrals and follow-up, home management and financial counseling. Individual must demonstrate sensitivity to issues related homelessness. In addition, the Case Manager will make all necessary linkages to community agencies.
