No cleaning experience required as full training is provided
Compensation $25-$27 per hour

Qualification requirements to apply:
-Security background checks required
-Car REQUIRED with VALID NYS drivers license with no major infractions
-Education minimum requirement - high school diploma, GED, or greater
-Minimum three years experience with one company
-Physical ability to be on your feet for extended hours, bending, reaching, crawling, and 6ft/8ft ladder usage, etc.
-Experience with customer service
-Skill using small hand tools
Responsibilities:
-Communicating well within the company (through text also)
-Provide deep cleaning services at retail store that is on a repetitive basis
-Keep track of scheduled services
-Ensure all supplied cleaning tools are well maintained
-After the training period, employee should be working independently
-Developing friendly business relationships with our customers and Interact with store customers in a friendly manner
-Employee will need a positive friendly attitude with the ability to converse with all levels of retail management, as well as our office staff
TJB Sunshine is an expanding business in the Rochester area that provides full cleaning and maintenance service of retail stores across New York State.
We provide ongoing repetitive service for national and regional retail stores in the area and have been in business for over 31 years.

Unfortunately, not all applicants will be contacted. Applicants that are selected will be contacted by phone. Next, chosen applicant will be offered a paid working interview. (Normally, a couple of hours working with us at one of our accounts) This is done primarily so applicants can have a hands on experience at what we do to see if it is a good fit, this will be paid. After a training period, you would be working by yourself.
