We are looking for an experienced grounds keeper / light maintenance technician to join our team in a part-time position. We manage a residential apartment complex in the Village of Honeoye Falls, NY. The applicant must be able to fit in with our small staff and demonstrate a willingness to work independently. Customer service skills and reliability are critical.
Responsibilities include assisting with routine grounds maintenance, grass cutting, weeding, pressure washing, exterior painting, snow removal, and some light apartment turnover responsibilities as well as regular safety and compliance inspections.
Candidates should possess a general working knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing, and Heating systems as well as basic construction techniques including drywall repair, finishing, painting and landscaping.
Candidate must be dependable, and professional. Have a driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and basic tools.
It would be helpful if the Candidate resides near Honeoye Falls for on-call availability.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Job Type: Part-Time to Full Time
Salary: $22 /hour
Experience: Maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)
