Part-Time Rental Agent needed for our Property Management Company. We have over 290 units throughout the Rochester area in addition to a property in Webster/Ontario area, and one in Spencerport. We are looking for the right person to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position would have excellent people skills, be very organized, and enjoy communicating with potential tenants. Must have a reliable vehicle and computer/laptop with internet service. Position requires posting ads of available apartments, replying to all inquiries (phone and email), scheduling and holding showings, and following up with prospects. Compensation is commission based. Make your own hours, but plan to devote some time each day for follow ups and showings.
