We’re seeking a reliable and motivated Assistant Manager to join our growing hemp dispensary team in North Carolina. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about cannabis and hemp products, enjoys leading a team, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist with daily store operations, including opening/closing duties and cash handling
Support staff during evening shifts to ensure smooth workflow and top-tier customer service
Oversee product knowledge, sales performance, and store presentation
Maintain compliance with state and local hemp regulations
Help drive sales goals, margins, and average ticket growth
Communicate effectively with management and ensure company policies are followed
Requirements:
Must be 21+ and eligible to work in North Carolina
Evening availability (3PM – 10PM) and weekends required
Prior retail or dispensary experience preferred (leadership experience a plus)
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
