Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager / Spa Director to lead and oversee the daily operations of our Spa.
This is an ENTRY LEVEL Management position which includes front desk / receptionist duties as well as marketing and sales. We are not a huge spa, so the ideal candidate for this position would be willing and able to wear many hats. We are looking for someone who is very professional, able to think on their feet and trouble shoot quickly and lead our team while paying great attention to detail, must be very clean and organized and have a knack for sales and marketing.
This is an Hourly PLUS Commission position, so strong sales and marketing skills are required for FULL earning potential.
We would prefer someone with a knowledge of Booker/Mindbody software and experience in the industry, but are willing to train the ideal candidate.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company objectives and improve operational efficiency
- Lead, motivate, and supervise teams to ensure high levels of productivity and engagement
- Oversee profit & loss statements, budget management, and financial performance analysis
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities and expanding client relationships
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
- Implement process improvements to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and enhance quality standards
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies that increase revenue and market share
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and implement corrective actions as needed
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability across departments
Qualifications
- Proven management experience with a strong background in supervising teams and leading organizational change
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, project management, and process improvement methodologies
- Experience in business development with a track record of expanding market presence or client base
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams towards achieving company goals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills suitable for cross-functional collaboration
