The Retail Assistant Manager role is responsible for providing a five-star experience for all guests at REAL Watersports.

Responsibilities:
-Serve as manager on duty, monitor and direct staff and open/close the store as scheduled
-Interact with clients and contribute to world class hospitality standards for REAL
-Assist with weekly remerchandising and restocking
-Maintain high standards of the floor and office appearance
Qualifications
-1+ years professional experience in retail, customer service, employee management and development
-Passionate about delivering an incredible guest experience, takes ownership, works independently, as a team and has a positive attitude
-Work experience with Microsoft Office, web-based applications, and standard workplace technology, possesses strong internal and external communication skills
-Kite or Surf and watersports experience is a plus
