We are currently in our early growth stage and seeking talented individuals to join our dynamic team.

Job Description: As our Communications Coordinator, you will play a vital role in promoting our brand, organizing engaging social events, and driving attendance through strategic communication efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Planning and executing social gatherings, networking events, and community-building initiatives

Crafting compelling content for social media platforms to build excitement and drive event attendance

Delivering engaging presentations and pitches to potential partners and stakeholders

Collaborating with the team to develop and implement effective marketing and communication strategies

Developing and maintaining an engaging company website, as well as regularly updating it with fresh, relevant content such as event details, announcements, and blog posts

Monitoring and analyzing event performance, gathering feedback, and continuously improving our offerings

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to captivate audiences

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail in event planning

Proficiency in social media management and content creation

Comfortable with public speaking and delivering presentations

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and creative environment

Working knowledge of website builders/CMS to assist in developing online presence

Bonus: Graphic design skills or experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

This role is perfect for a recent college graduate (undergraduate or graduate level) with a passion for fostering social connections and a knack for communication. We offer a part-time opportunity with 15-20 hours per week, an hourly pay rate of $20-$24 based on experience and qualifications, and excellent potential for growth and advancement within the company.
