We have also been named a Best-in-Class Employer by Gallagher.Responsibilities:Maintain manual and/or computerized filing systems, including, but not limited to entering data, cross indexing and filing documentsOperate computer terminal to verify, input and retrieve dataSell lottery tickets to and redeem winning tickets for the general publicProcess claims for playersRequirements:High School Diploma (or GED) required, with six months to one year of clerical or office experienceOne year of experience in a cash handling required; banking experience a plusExcellent attention to detailAbility to handle fast paced, frequently changing workloadStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsGreat customer service skillsTIN MatchingBilingual (Spanish) a plusMicrosoft Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
