Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diesel Mechanic with specialized knowledge in CAT (Caterpillar) engines to join our team in North Dakota.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diesel engine repair, maintenance, and diagnostics, with a specific focus on CAT engines used in heavy-duty trucks and equipment. Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on CAT diesel engines and heavy-duty trucks.

Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, electrical, and air systems, with a focus on CAT engine systems.

Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on vehicles and equipment powered by CAT engines.

Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed

Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.

Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and maintain a high standard of work.

Qualifications:

technical training or certification in diesel mechanics, particularly with CAT engines, is preferred.

3+ years of experience working with diesel engines and heavy-duty trucks, with at least 2 years focused on CAT engines. (Preferred)

Strong knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and air systems

Proficiency in using diagnostic tools

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.

Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
