Hello, we are looking for a laundromat attendant to work in our newly remodeled laundromat located off Canton Rd in the Lakemore plaza. Best Laundromat Lakemore has been fully remodeled with all new state of the art equipment installed. We're looking for a friendly and responsible attendant to assist customers with any general inquiries, do some very basic daily equipment maintenance, and keeping the place immaculately clean - cleaning will be the main daily activity. Flexible hours available and an opportunity to grow into store manager. The right person will have some retail or customer service experience working with the general public. Prior laundromat experience helpful, but not required. $14.00 per hour to start with room to grow and an allowance for free personal laundry.
Responsibilities include:
Provide friendly, helpful service and assist guests with machines or app payments.
Keep machines, floors, folding tables, and restrooms clean and organized.
Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs promptly.
Stock detergents, bags, and supplies as needed.
Create a consistently positive and comfortable guest environment.
