KRR Real Estate LLC is seeking full-time Maintenance Supervisor for it’s residential and commercial buildings in Greater Cincinnati.
Key Responsibilities:
Carpentry
Preventive Maintenance
General Plumbing
Basic Electrical
HVAC
Grounds keeping / Landscaping
I also own a Remodeling company that does bath and Kitchen remodels so when things are slow you would work for Rumpke Remodeling

Requirements:
HVAC certified
2 years residential construction and/or property maintenance experience.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and small appliance repair required.
Customer service skills.
On call hours required.
Ideal candidates will have some experience with all competencies but may not be an expert. If you have some experience in Hotel or Apartment maintenance you may be a fit. These are long term opportunities with consistent 40 hour work weeks.
Leaders with Advanced skills can earn over $30 per hour while modest experience start closer to $23 per hour.
Pay is based on experience/skill but modestly skilled candidates are closer to $24 and highly skilled candidates are closer to $30 Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
