We are currently seeking two skilled Trim Carpenters to join our growing team.
Position Overview
As a Trim Carpenter at KAB Construction, you will be responsible for high-end finish work on residential and commercial projects. This role requires precision, consistency, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with project managers and other trades.
Responsibilities
Install interior and exterior trim including:
Baseboard, casing, crown molding
Doors, windows, and hardware
Built-ins, custom millwork, and detail trim
Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
Measure, cut, and install materials accurately
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Communicate effectively with project managers and team members
Ensure work meets quality standards and timelines
Qualifications
Proven experience as a trim/finish carpenter
Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and installation techniques
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
