Real estate business in Northeast Ohio needs someone who can take on recurring field tasks as they come up. The work is straightforward but varies day to day. Typical assignments include:
Interior/exterior photos
Walkthrough videos
Dropping/installing a lockbox
Meeting a contractor or vendor on-site
Light broom-sweep cleanouts
Basic property checks
Occasionally opening a unit for a showing
Right now there are a couple of Lorain jobs ready to go, and there will be more ongoing in Cleveland, Lorain, Akron, and Canton.
Pay: $20/hr + gas card reimbursement
Schedule: Flexible, based on tasks
