We have an immediate opening for a maintenance man and painters to work on single family homes.
We are looking an individual to perform general maintenance such as general labor, drywall repairs, and light electrical, plumbing and carpentry trim and framing, etc
We are also hiring for a painter both interior and exterior.
To qualify you must have:
A minimum of 1 year experience.
Be familiar with single family home repair work.
Be dependable, reliable and be willing to learn.
Have your own transportation Preferable a Work Van.
Have your own hand tools.
This person must be able to perform general maintenance on single family homes for move ins and general maintenance in occupied homes.
This is a full-time position.
