All Oklahoma Roofing and Construction is seeking additional skilled crews and individuals that have practiced skills in all types of siding installation, aluminum wrap installation, exterior painting, interior painting, carpentry, etc.
We have positions open for individuals that will work under one of our established existing crews (This position will not require any licenses or individual insurance).
We have positions open for established crews to work provided projects (This position will require general liability insurance and any necessary licenses for the trade that you will be working). Workers compensation insurance is a plus for us in evaluating and hiring new crews.
Existing crews are earning $100k - $300k annually and work an open schedule where they can take on as much or as little work as they desire.
We are an established local company that strives to provide the best work product and customer service for our customers. We are looking to expand our team with like minded individuals and crews that will put forward the extra effort to make sure that the work is completed correctly, efficiently and with the customer's best interest in mind.
Provided:
Potential jobs/projects on a regular and consistent basis.
Open schedules.
On the job training for already skilled individuals that are looking to expand their skills.
Consistent work with varying earning potential depending on the amount of work desired.
Required Skills and Responsibilities (Individuals):
Drivers license.
At least one year of experience in siding and/or painting.
Personal transportation to and from the job sites (Tools are not required, but are a plus).
Must be a fluent English speaker.
Ability to take direction in a crew setting and accomplish designated tasks in a timely manner.
Must be punctual and available to work as needed in the greater OKC metro area.
A mindset to go the extra mile for the customer and ability to provide top notch customer service.
