Job Title: Medical Assistant
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $18–$21/hour (DOE)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on clinical experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to provide compassionate care while supporting physicians and staff in a fast-paced medical office.
Responsibilities:
Greet and prepare patients for examinations and procedures
Obtain and record patient histories, vital signs, and other relevant information
Assist providers during exams and minor procedures
Administer injections and medications as directed
Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, and other routine tests
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
Schedule appointments and manage patient flow throughout the day
Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and prepared for patients
Provide patient education and instructions as directed by the provider
Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting
Certification as a Medical Assistant preferred but not required
Proficiency with EMR systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment
Current BLS/CPR certification
