Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting flooring materials to various job sites, ensuring timely and safe deliveries. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport flooring materials to designated locations.
Load and unload flooring materials, ensuring they are handled with care and delivered in excellent condition.
Lift and move materials weighing up to 75 lbs. repeatedly.
Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate delivery records and reports.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance to ensure safe operation.
Assist with warehouse duties as needed.
Requirements:
Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs. repeatedly.
Must pass a background check.
Strong commitment to being a team player.
Willingness to work overtime and weekends if necessary.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
