Project Manager- Construction, Renovation

Looking for experienced project manager to manage renovation projects. The projects are typically 55 and older and assisted living communities and we are looking for a working project manager with experience and willing to work Part time to full time either on a unit-to-unit bases or by weekly salary as needed. This is a fast-paced job and will be an 8-6 daily job managing workers. Prefer someone who speaks Spanish as well and with computer and site audit and excel skills. There is a lot of opportunity here and potential to grow and secure additional work. Would also prefer a person that knows subcontractors and potential workers with Electric, plumbing, painting, cabinet installation and all interior trim work, including lights, switches, baseboard, flooring and misc. Need to know how to manage materials in a small space and have a truck to be able to pick up and deliver materials as needed.
