We are seeking a full-time veterinary receptionist for our establishment. We are looking for someone with previous customer service, who is detail oriented, has computer knowledge, and is self-motivated with a flexible demeanor. We would prefer to find someone with veterinary experience, however anyone with great work history in client communication, record keeping, and phone etiquette will be a great addition to our team. Duties include, but not limited to; appointment scheduling, record keeping, filing, invoicing, and being the intermediary between client and doctor. Potential candidate will receive training from long term, patient, and caring employees that have extensive experience in veterinary medicine. We strive to provide exceptional veterinary care.
