We are a locally owned, well-established company with annual gross revenue in the multi-million-dollar range, seeking a highly capable, detail-oriented professional to join our leadership team in a full-time administrative, HR, and accounting support role.

This position works directly with the owner-operator and plays a critical role in keeping day-to-day operations organized, compliant, and running smoothly. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in being the backbone of a successful business.

Position Overview

This role combines administrative leadership with hands-on responsibility in:

Human Resources support

Payroll processing

Accounts payable & basic accounting coordination

Office systems, organization, and internal communication

You will be a trusted partner to ownership and leadership, helping translate vision into execution.

Key Responsibilities

Process payroll accurately and on time

Manage accounts payable and vendor coordination

Support HR functions including onboarding, employee records, and compliance

Maintain organized administrative systems and documentation

Communicate with internal teams and external partners

Assist ownership with scheduling, reporting, and operational priorities

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in administration, HR support, payroll, or bookkeeping

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Professional discretion and ability to handle confidential information
